  • Introduction - So what's it all about
  • In H.I.P.P.4. II the main idea is that one player is supposed to catch others - in space - using space ships. So one of the players is "the tag" - or "hippa" as we call him/her in this game. When hippa catches another player, naturately the catched one is new hippa, and now he/she is up to catching others.

    As a game this idea might be ancient but now it's spiced up with different kind of bonuses and features that make the game more complex - and fun!

    The player count is elective from 2-4 players that can take part in the addictive battle of hippa. Hippa's hippameter runs down, as he or she tries to catch others, and even more excitement is at hand with pickupable bonuses.

  • History - How & where did it all start from
  • H.I.P.P.4. II is continuation to the first H.I.P.P.4.-game which was only a buggy scratch. First game's alpha was released 23.7.2006 to CBcorner's summer game creation competition, in which the game placed fifth. After the competition the rough original game had many updates, which created the game's current version.

    About two years went by and then due to the primitiveness of the original game Naabi Productions team decided to create much more advanced and versatile game based on the same refined idea. After about a month lasting development still deficient beta-version (0.9.0) was released to Pelisivut.org's game creation competition. H.I.P.P.4. II placed fourth.

    Only few weeks after the competition release, updated version (0.9.5) came out. Among other things it brought in much better balanced bonuses and more specific statictics, and also few bugs were erased.
